What is Befriending Your Body?

Learning to practice self-compassion and meeting ourselves where we are is challenging work, especially when we are experiencing pain or difficulty.

My work is to support your internal relationship with your body, to support a healthy nervous system, and to encourage trust in yourself and your innate capacity to heal. 

​

Thirty-five years of teaching yoga have shown me that all healing relationships are based on reciprocal presence, attention, and trust. It brings me great joy to work with individuals in their ongoing efforts toward self-awareness and well-being.​

What is Intuitive Tarot ?

Tarot cards offer much to the viewer simply by examining the densely symbolic imagery without explanatory references. An initial feeling or reaction from the querent to the card is as important, if not more so, than the more widely accepted meanings. 

​

While reading the cards together, I hope to support the seeker in registering their personal interpretation. My purpose is to stimulate broader awareness of a specific question or concern. I provide the traditional explanatory concepts of the cards only after the querent has had time to form an individual response, feeling, or intuition regarding the cards and their relationships to one another.
